Jon aka Skin

My truck started it's new life off of the showroom floor as a Khaki colored 2007.5 Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 with the new 6.7L Cummins and 68RFE 6 speed auto transmission. It is a fully loaded Laramie edition with power everything, heated seats and sunroof the works. I am constantly nodding it as money permits.

Suspension:

I am running a 3" BDS Suspension lift which added 3 inches to the rear as well. I upgraded the stock control arms to Pro-Comps heavy duty control arms which are stronger and are also slightly longer then stock to help push the front tire farther ahead because of the 3" coil spacer. I also upgraded the shocks to BDS 9500 series stainless steel shocks for increased stability and improved handling. I also added a matching 9500 series steering stabilizer to keep me rollin straight.

Exterior:

The first exterior mod I added was a Line-X over rail spray in bed liner which is color matched Khaki to blend in with the paint. Out front of my truck is an RDX 8mm billet open mouth grill to give the truck an aggressive look. The front side windows are tinted 20% to match the factory rear tint and it is complimented with a 9" brow on the windshield. The headlights 10,000K bi xenon HID's with matching 10,000K xenon HID fog lights. I am running color matched Bushwacker Extend a Fenders to help save the paint from the wheels. For wheels I am rollin on iON-Forged Terminators which are 20x12 with 4.5" backspacing to give the truck a wide Pitbull like stance. They are wrapped in 33x12.5 Nitto Mud Grapplers.

Interior:

My interior is basically stock with leather seats with the Ram logo embroidered into the head rest's, wood grain trim and the stock infinity sound system with steering wheel controls. I did however add an iPAC iPod interface into the stock deck which creates an iPod input with a 22pin cable so I can control my iPod through the deck or steering wheel controls.

Engine:

The first thing I had to do to the 6.7 was remove all the emissions equipment. I have a complete EGR and EGR cooler delete which stops the truck from breathing in exhaust and cleans up the engine compartment making it look like its 5.9 brother. Next I had to remove the restrictive exhaust which consisted of an inline cat, NOX filter, DPF filter and a resonator. I replaced it with an H&S Performance 5" straight piped turbo back exhaust with a 6" SS tip. The opened up exhaust helps the truck finally breath and flow, but most importantly blow some smoke. It has an AIRAID intake, TS Performance MP-8 stacked with Bully Dogs PMT and to help cool the EGT's and add some more horse power I added Snow Performances Stage 2 water methanol injection. To help feed the motor the fuel it needed I shimmed the fuel release valve, and added a FASS 150/150 followed by upgrading the CP3 with Industrial Injections Stage 1 kit. It also has a Fleece Performance Engineering turbo controller with built in boost fooler accompanied with a DiPricol boost gauge to read the correct boost.
